Frequently asked questions

If you cancel a booking, refunds are made on the following schedule (7–10 business days to reflect): less than one week before the scheduled date of hire — no refund; one to two weeks before — 50% refund; more than two weeks before — 95% refund. If we cancel due to breakdown, non-availability or any other reason, we provide a 100% refund of rentals received.

All bikes must be returned at the agreed time and date. If you'll be late, extend your reservation by contacting FaeBikes to avoid a penalty. Returns beyond the specified time incur a penalty of either three days' rental charge or ₹100 per hour.

The hirer will compensate the company for all damages caused to the vehicle at the time of return. For any damage to the vehicle and charger (for electric vehicles) not covered by insurance, FaeBikes may charge an amount equal to the cost of the bike or its repair. Loss of revenue, if any, may also be charged.

We offer both high-speed and low-speed electric vehicles. A valid driver's license is required for high-speed vehicles, while it is not required for low-speed vehicles.

To sign up, you'll need a government ID proof (e.g. Aadhaar, Passport, or PAN card). This is a one-time process for KYC (Know Your Customer) purposes.
